Venus Group was founded in 1960 has developed into a modern enterprise with few liaison efficient management, having its head office located at Egerton Road, Lahore, under the name of "VENUS PLAZA" with sales offices located in all major cities of Pakistan with few liaison abroad. Our parent company M/S. Venus Trading Company started its business as manufacturer of Copper Covered wires in 1960. We have established brilliant recognition after the uphill struggles of several years and as a result we have built up excellent business relation with renowned corporations from all over the world. Over the years our group has diversified its line of action from manufacturing towards Imports , Exports , trading house and has established many sister concerns working in different fields ranging from electrical / electronic to computer components and peripherals, medical equipments / medicines to consumer products. We have the honor to represent many foreign companies from US & Far East as their exclusive agents for Pakistan.

This is our parent company established in 1998 and involved in the Import of Enameled varnishes from Taiwan as exclusive agents for M/S. Yeefong chemical Taipei, Taiwan. This company has established prolonged cooperative relationship with many manufacturers from abroad under their own brand names. This company is also involved in importing of other electrical and consumer products from different countries with our sales office situated at Brandreth road, Lahore. This company has recently sign exclusive agency agreement with a POWER DRINK COMPANY from Spain, and SOYA MILK manufacturer from Thailand to market their products in the whole territory of Pakistan and India.

International Trade Impex is another trading company under the belt of Venus Group based on partnership concern between our CEO Mr. M. Irfan Shiekh with Mr. Zulifqar Ali, established in 2003 with its office located at 2nd floor of Qadri Mansion, Brandreth Road Lahore. Albeit it is rather young company, our founder has been working in lighting business fields for more than 18 years. International Trade Impex major in importing lighting products from Far East and enjoys a good reputation and relationship with architects and designers. It has stronger experience of international business in the field of Electrical and Consumer Products.

This is another partnership concern established in 2003 between our company CEO Mr. M. Irfan Shiekh with Mr. Nazir Hussain and Mr. Naveed Iqbal. Business activities of this company comprises of local trading in wholesale and retail with its office situated at 1st Floor of Muhammdia Market Brandreth Road Lahore.

It is a proprietorship concern owned by Mr. Sh. Farhan Afzal younger brother of our CEO, established in 2003, with its office situated at 1st floor Haji Mansion, Brandreth Road, Lahore, involved in the Tender Business with government and semi- government organizations and registered with sales tax department.

It is a partnership concern owned by Mr. Shiekh Imran Afzal, younger brother of our CEO and Mr. Jahanzaib S/O Mr. Zulifqar Ali established in 2003, with its sales office situated at 1st floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg Lahore. This company is involved in the import and wholesale business of computers, monitors and computer peripherals.
